Project Introduction

This program breaks all the rules. The typical way to take color from one image to another attempts to keep the tonal values--hue, saturation, value--of the destination image the same. This program does not. Any shade, saturation, or value can be applied to any other. And that's just the beginning. The project evolved into something I could never have expected.
